2. Platform Overview

Stickery.ai provides an AI-powered tool that allows users to generate custom die-cut sticker designs from text prompts. Users may:

• Generate designs using purchased or earned credits
• Purchase physical stickers in various sizes and quantities
• Keep designs private for personal use
• Optionally share designs with the community marketplace

Users who share designs publicly may earn credits when other users purchase those designs.

3. Copyright Principles

Stickery.ai does not claim ownership over user-generated designs. Copyright responsibility remains with the user who generates and publishes the content. While AI-generated designs are created through automated systems, users are responsible for ensuring that their content does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.

Stickery.ai does not guarantee that generated designs are unique or free from similarity to existing works.

4. Preventative Measures

4.1 AI Prompt Guardrails

• The AI system attempts to restrict prompts that explicitly reference copyrighted characters, brands, logos, or living artists.
• Prompts intended to replicate or closely imitate existing artworks are disallowed.

4.2 User Education

• Clear guidance is provided during generation and publishing flows explaining prohibited content.
• Users are reminded that style inspiration is permitted, but copying identifiable works or characters is not.

4.3 Default Privacy Model

• Designs are private by default and accessible only to the creator.
• Public sharing to the community marketplace is strictly opt-in.

5. Community Marketplace Controls

When a user chooses to share a design publicly:

• The user must affirm that the design does not infringe any third-party rights.
• The user agrees to indemnify Stickery.ai against claims arising from the shared design.
• Stickery.ai runs automated pre-publish screening before designs appear in the community.
• Stickery.ai may limit or revoke community-sharing privileges for users who repeatedly violate this policy.

6. Detection & Risk Reduction

To reduce risk at scale, Stickery.ai may:

• Apply automated keyword and image checks before community publication
• Review designs reported by users or rights holders
• Use neutral, non-promotional listing displays to avoid preferential treatment of user designs

No automated system can guarantee the detection of all infringing content.

7. Reporting & Takedown Process

Stickery.ai maintains a clear copyright reporting mechanism:

• Rights holders may submit infringement claims through a designated reporting channel (legal@stickery.ai)
• Reported content is promptly reviewed
• Infringing designs are removed or disabled upon verification
• Repeat infringers may have content privileges suspended or accounts terminated.

8. Legal Compliance

Stickery.ai operates in accordance with applicable copyright laws, including notice-and-takedown requirements where applicable. Stickery.ai responds expeditiously to valid infringement notices and maintains records of enforcement actions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stickery.ai provides automated design-generation tools and on-demand printing services at the direction of its users. Stickery.ai does not author, originate, endorse, or independently commercialize user-generated designs. All designs are created based on user input, and any decision to publish, share, or sell a design is made solely by the user. Users remain fully responsible for ensuring that the content they generate, order, or share complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

This limitation does not apply to designs independently created and offered by Stickery.ai as first-party content.

10. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in law, technology, or platform functionality. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current version of this policy.
