Required to keep you signed in, maintain your account session, and provide core features such as your cart, orders, and account settings. These are necessary for the site to work as expected.

Used to help protect the site and your account against abuse, bots, and unauthorized access. This may include bot-protection and security checks provided by our infrastructure partners.

Stored in your browser to remember short-term choices and improve your experience—for example, dismissing a notice, remembering a homepage preference, or keeping in-progress design activity available while you work.

Used to collect aggregated information about how visitors use the site (such as pages viewed and basic technical details) so we can improve performance and usability. We use privacy-focused analytics and do not sell this information.

When you pay for orders or credits, you may be directed to our payment processor, Stripe. Stripe may set its own cookies as needed to process payments securely. Those cookies are governed by Stripe’s privacy practices. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.

We send transactional emails related to your account, orders, billing, and security—for example, verification, password and sign-in notices, order and shipping updates, receipts, and other messages needed to operate the service. These are not marketing messages. Creating an account means you may receive these emails as part of using Stickery.ai.

If you choose to receive marketing emails, we may send commercial messages about Stickery.ai and STICKERLY™—including tips, occasional offers, and reminders if you leave items in your cart (sometimes called abandoned-cart or cart reminders). Marketing emails are optional. You do not need to opt in to create an account or place an order.

We only send marketing emails when you have opted in. Cart reminders are marketing messages; we do not treat them as transactional account, order, billing, or security mail.

You can opt in when you create an account by selecting the optional marketing emails checkbox (it is off by default), or later by turning on marketing emails in your account preferences. Opting in is your choice; we do not require it to use the service.

You can stop marketing emails at any time by turning off marketing emails in your account preferences, or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email we send you.

After you opt out, we will not send further marketing emails. You will still receive transactional account, order, billing, and security emails as needed to operate your account and fulfill orders.

When you opt in, we record that you consented and when you last opted in. If you later opt out, we turn off marketing emails and keep the record of when you last opted in so we can demonstrate consent history if needed. Opting out does not delete that last opt-in record by itself. You may still request access or deletion of personal information under Your Privacy Rights, subject to applicable law and any records we must retain.

We may use trusted email delivery providers to send transactional and, where you have opted in, marketing messages. Those providers process email addresses and related delivery data only to send mail on our behalf, under arrangements consistent with this policy.
